UK Deliveries
Standard delivery within the UK is £3.95 unless there are any current site offers offering free postage and pack on orders over a certain amount. At times it may not be possible to calculate the cost of delivery, (ie if a package is very heavy) in these instances a member of the Kiarie team will contact you once you've placed your order (typically within 24 hours) with an accurate price for the cost of delivery. If in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with the delivery charges then you have the right to cancel your order. No cost will be incurred by yourself should you decide to cancel your order.

Worldwide Deliveries
Shipping costs are calculated when you process your order based on the approximate weight of the package. At times it may not be possible to calculate the cost of delivery, (ie if a package is very heavy) in these instances a member of the Kiarie team will contact you once you've placed your order (typically within 24 hours) with an accurate price for the cost of delivery. If in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with the delivery charges then you have the right to cancel your order. No cost will be incurred by yourself should you decide to cancel your order.

UK Deliveries
Items delivered by the Kiarie Express service are usually delivered next working day, if the order was placed before 1100GMT (mon-thur), but please allow up to 72 hours for delivery if you live in more desolate areas of the country.

We aim to deliver within 5-7 working days of order confirmation for smaller items delivered using our Standard Delivery, although we ask that you allow 14 days for delivery before contacting customer services on +44 1955 603110.

Worldwide Deliveries
Kiarie offers either airmail (if using Kiarie Express) or surface mail postage (if using Standard Delivery) for items that are required to be delivered outside the United Kingdom.
